Project Idea 3
Since we are linking up to JKH and their largest chain is the Cinnamon chain of hotels i suggest we name out restaurant chain Cinnamon Cafe. This would give us the opportunity to also tap into the natural Cinnamon resource which is an integral part of the Sri lanka identity an can be used as a distinguishing feature in the restaurant. Let me know your thoughts.

We can even theme the restaurants with Cinnamon... Cinnamon health drink, Cinnamon toothpicks, Cinnamon-like stick table mat and lap shades... Wooden theme.
This is quite innovative. What about cinnamon themed coffee etc.. for the menu?
