Project focus :
This could be mainly on the three aspects listed below,
- Environment - Our focus could be on food waste management in the restaurant
- Sourcing - Collecting produce for the restaurant from local farmers in rural areas
- Society - Providing job training foc to local youth and providing interning opportunities.

I love the we care logo! We must use this for one of the projects.
This is true, our SS projects can be further divided into environment, sourcing and society to build a 'complete' set of projects.
As for society - we are giving employees Training and Development opportunities with JKH, Soup Kitchen, Housing project & Eat right.
It will be great if Eric and Suj can add more project ideas to Environment and Sourcing.
I thought perhaps we could get the John Keels hotel's vehicles (that are used to pick up and drop guests to and from the airport) to assist us with transport to and from the local farms. We could also try to get the company to fund them, giving them subsidies in order to aid them in their farming which would intern give us better produce.
