I like the write up Imal, but it does seem rather elaborate. Perhaps if the amount of sentences in each profile was reduced, I think that would be more easier to read? Lets consider what the others think as well.
Thanks for the update Imal. Also start working on the Soup Kitchen Roster - its pretty easy.
I editted your sentences a bit and tried to shorten it.
Hope its better now...
Not sure why the font varies within the post :/
Thanks Imal! I think we need to focus more on what the individual has achieved though, shouldnt it be more of a portfolio rather than a description of the role? Just a short description of each persons achievements etc... Dont you feel it should be like that?
I have added this part in the website..Please do give us if you have any feedback.
Thank you
Saizan
@ Ashanthi, I thought we should put what our management members should do in there respective position than put up who you are and what are your qualifications for positions(achievements, educational stuff)
Usually, websites describe their teams with a brief paragraph about the individuals past related achievements, how they got involved with the company, and then go on to their roles within the company with a touch of their personality.
Here is an example:
Tom Arnold - FCCA
"Arnold joined Alan D Kaye & Co. in 1987 and progressed with Alan Kaye in his merger and formation of Beckwith Blake Kaye Chartered Accountants now known as BBK. He qualified whilst at BBK and became gained the designatory letters FCCA in 1997. He has experience in all the departments at BBK including financial planning, auditing, tax planning, corporate consultancy & insolvency. As a dynamic, forward thinking and innovative professional, Arnold focuses mainly on corporate consultancy work."
Yes Imal, i thought it should be in the format for which Eric gave an example. Usually it is not a description of what the Job Role is but a description of the person an background and qualifications. Might be a good idea to change it.
