Please let me know if you have any ideas or concerns about the website layout.
Saizen, if the number of pages are too high, have only one career page leading to the subpages.
Regarding the presentation,
At the same time I would if we can create the slides as it will be easy.
So in the same manner, each of us would explain about the website.
But remember, this is what miss wanted to hear:
1. About JKH, its current projects
2. About CC and its inception
3. About its services and SS projects
4. About career opportunities
5. Contact us page
Apart from this she mentioned:
6. Lucrativeness for employees - how to reduce employee turnover
7. Evaluation tools
- how to measure the employees who visit the website (no. of visits count, no of blog views and posts, number of shares, likes, no of employees signed up)
- how to get employees to use the website frequently (I suggest an employee login to access: online news bulletin, upcoming events and holidays, HR training and development programs and internship opportunities, Employee contests, best employee of the month, employee blog, roster to note the dates and times of SS programs like Soup Kitchen)
Points 6 & 7 have to be explained in the presentation only. So once everyone has both the website and slides ready by Saturday 25th May, we can continue working on this. Please give in your ideas for these two crucial points, lets discuss it over the blog.
Awaiting all your replies and comments.
Please acknowledge once received and agreed on the deadline.
Thanks

Thanks for drawing this plan up Imashi, I will work on the menu section and post it up tomorrow. I will work on the slides simultaneously..Hope what I need for the environment section is enough. If you think I should add more to it, let me know!
In order to reduce employee turnover, I believe JKH needs to show the employees appreciation by giving them psychological as well as physical benefits in order to increase employee retention. Having the employees involved in the company by holding meetings and considering their feedback might help as well. I think the job satisfaction levels must be considered here too. The HR department would have to play a key role with effective employee recruitment. They should not recruit people out of desperation, because they'll only be short term..they should in fact take their time and do their research and select an employee. They should gather as much information about a job applicant and consider their past references in order to know if they will be loyal to JKH company or not.
I like you ideas about the evaluation tools, if I think of any that you did not mention, i'll post them up.
Thanks Suj, what you say is true, HR plays a vital role in strategically recruiting, developing and maintaining the employees to reduce turn over. I think the upcoming training and development courses plays a good role in keeping the employees engaged and free to learn what they like.

Hey everyone, I'll be working on my section tonight and tomorrow and will try to send it in by tomorrow afternoon.
Would you like me to come up with a sample application? Also, should these career opportunities involve existing employees in JKH and how they can get involved in the soup kitchen?
Yes for both Eric, as the employees of JKH will be rolled over to this side in order to make their time at JKH more enticing. We will also make it a gateway for outsiders to get a chance at JKH.
Sample app is quite necessary. You will have to create it with text boxes for spaces to fill up, just like a general online app.
Expecting your work today afternoon.
Imal, im almost done with the Vision and mission statement. I will also cover the "About us area". Please work on the JDs for the 6 of us. Thanks!
Imashi i have a small confusion regrding the presentation. Do we cover the same areas when creating slides for the presentation as well?
